She serves coastal Orange County, including Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, and the surrounding communities. She loves walking to the beach, getting to know her neighbors, and the rich smell of salt air during her morning strolls along the boardwalk.
In 1990, Kim entered the real estate industry, working in multiple positions until 2002, when she officially became licensed. She started by working at an affluent real estate firm selling multi-million dollar oceanfront homes and investment properties.
Kim received the designation of Fine Homes Specialist and served as an official member of the Prudential Real Estate Fine Homes International Network from 2000-2002. The National Association of REALTORS® also certified that Kim completed the At Home with Diversity Certification Program.

Kim’s 10-year-old grandson was born blind and with autism. Knowing the challenges presented for parents in similar situations, Kim creates a foundation to help those in need get access to everyday necessities. She is passionate about helping the underprivileged whenever she can.
She is married with three daughters, eight grandchildren, and proud to have a son-in-law in the United States Armed Forces. Kim loves all things related to art and travel.
